It is possible to support Polio Quebec work by making a
donation. All financial contributions are precious and help us to
develop new means to help all those who have post-polio syndrome.
Polio Quebec is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (no. 14148 5201 RR0001), which enables us to issue a tax receipt for your contribution.

2. IN MEMORIAM DONATION
A donation in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy to the bereaved family and relatives..
With your donation in memory of a loved one, you pay homage to this person affected by polio while supporting Polio Quebec in its mission to help other people affected by polio and the post-polio syndrome (PPS).
