Polio Quebec's strength comes from members. More members means
having more resources and means to help people who have had polio, to
represent them and offer them opportunities to meet and exchange
information on their situation. More members also means having more
impact on government policies.

By becoming a member of the Polio Québec Association, you will join
more than 300 people who have a passionate interest in polio and
post-polio syndrome.

We will forward you your membership card and a tax receipt for the total amount of your membership and your donation (if applicable).
You can also contact us and we will send you a form to fill out.
Polio Quebec annual membership is from April 1st to March 31s.
(Ex: 2010 April 1st to 2011 March 31s).
As we want to keep the membership fee affordable for all, we fixed the annual membership at only $20. We encourage members, friends and collaborators to add a donation if they wish.
You will receive a tax receipt for the total amount of your contribution and donation (if applicable).
It is possible to support Polio Quebec work by making a
donation. All financial contributions are precious and help us to
develop new means to help all those who have post-polio syndrome.
Polio Quebec is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (no. 14148 5201 RR0001), which enables us to issue a tax receipt for your contribution.
