Benefits of Membership

By becoming a member of the Polio Québec Association, you will join more than 300 people who have a passionate interest in polio and post-polio syndrome.

Being a member :

• gives you the opportunity to obtain information, amongst other things by the bulletin Folio Polio published twice per year ;
• gives you the possibility to have support to gather and exchange on your physical situation and the ways you found to improve your lifestyle ;
• help us to support financially some research and sensitizing on the syndrome post-polio

Annual membership

The annual membership is $20.

How to become a member?

1) Download the Membership Form (on the left column).
2) Print and fill the form.
3) Mail it to us with your annual membership (20,00$).

We will forward you your member's chart (new adhering) and a tax receipt (all).
